Everyone’s idea of a cozy zone is different so I wanted to share mine! I have been changing a lot in my life from how I work within in my career, day to day and mentality. With that change, I’ve noticed how crucial it is to have a moment every morning and evening (if you can) where you just zone out and zone into relaxing, switching your mood and being in the now.
