To divide the open floor plan, Jenna used light fixtures, area rugs and drapery to delineate the living room, kitchen and dining area. In the chef’s kitchen, three geometric brass pendants hover over a large island, bringing contrast and warmth to the space. A mango wood dining table grounds the eat-in area just off the kitchen, and is accented with a mix of chairs for a more casual, laid-back look. The living room boasts a marble fireplace with built-ins on either side, which Jenna brightened with stylish vignettes. Caramel, pecan and ivory tones layer color into the room, while a large L-shaped sofa provides comfort for the entire family.
